Operations automation · paid from results
We fund the work. You pay when the savings show up.
McMoat finds and implements automation for established businesses. No diagnostic fee. No implementation bill. Our fee is 20% of verified net savings actually realized during the first 12 months.
You carry no upfront project cost.
We carry the work and implementation risk.
Both sides win from measured improvement.
A measured engagement
Three stages. One agreed definition of success.
-
01
Observe and baseline
We study the operation for roughly one month, locate expensive friction, and agree with you on the baseline and verification method.
-
02
Fund and implement
McMoat designs and delivers the agreed automation while carrying the assessment, implementation, and ordinary operational burden.
-
03
Verify and share
We measure net savings against the agreed baseline. You retain 80%; McMoat receives 20% of savings realized during the first 12 months.
Transparent economics
The fee comes out of value already created.
The baseline, qualifying savings, incremental operating costs, and evidence are agreed before implementation. We measure net—not headline—savings.
Illustrative first 12 months

Who this is for
A strong fit has repeatable work and measurable waste.
Likely a fit
- An established, repeated operating process
- A credible path to more than $100,000 in annual net savings
- Usable baseline data and access to the people doing the work
- A decision-maker willing to implement verified improvements
Probably not a fit
- An idea-stage business without stable operations
- A one-off task or small fixed-scope software project
- No practical way to establish or verify a baseline
- A request for recommendations without implementation
Verification before invoicing
Evidence governs the fee.
- Baseline and measurement method agreed in writing
- Incremental operating costs deducted from gross savings
- Results supported by accessible business records
- Scope changes and implementation approvals documented

Common questions
What if the work produces no verified savings?
You owe no performance fee. McMoat gets paid only from verified net savings actually realized.
Are there diagnostic or implementation charges?
No. McMoat funds the agreed assessment and implementation. Any expansion beyond the agreed scope would require a written agreement.
Is more than $100,000 in savings guaranteed?
No. It is our target for selecting engagements, not a guarantee. If the evidence does not support a sufficiently valuable opportunity, we stop without charging you.
What happens after the first 12 months?
McMoat’s performance-fee window ends. You keep the continuing benefit of the implemented improvements.
